My UDI Manager is GS1 Belgium & Luxembourg's solution to:
- easily create and manage your Basic UDI-DI or Global Data Model (GMN);
- filling in the data required by EUDAMED;
- linking the unique identification numbers of your medical device (*) UDI-DI (or GTIN) to your Basic UDI-DI or GMN;
- simply sending the information to EUDAMED (UDI/Devices registration).
(*) if the UDI-DI exists in My Product Manager
To use My UDI Manager, you need a subscription to My Product Manager Share. At the moment, My UDI Manager is only available in the test environment and is connected to EUDAMED's playground. However, you can already use My UDI Manager to get all the data ready. In the coming months, we will set up the connection in the production environment for some users.
As My UDI Manager is still in the testing phase, no licence fees will have to be paid in 2024. However, this may change in 2025.
