The data model is constantly being upgraded, and to do this, we rely on the expertise and knowledge of our users (suppliers, wholesalers and retailers).
If you find that a data model is no longer serving your purposes, you can submit a change request using this online form.
Once received, your change request will appear in the Product Backlog, which gives an overview of all previously submitted change requests. In the first place, it will be analysed by GS1. We will then allocate your request to a sprint. During the sprint, you will have access to the Teams platform where the analysing of all the change requests take place and you will be sent an invitation to participate in the sprint review where we will go through the feedback received in Teams.
