The steering committee for FMCG aims to steer and realise projects within the set deadline, as defined in the associated business case.
In addition, it is the steering committee's responsibility to develop and prepare project plans. This can take place on the basis of external instructions or, with sufficient support within the steering group, be carried out internally. This always involves acting within the limits of the GS1 policy plan and avoiding delaying factors as much as possible.
