My Coupon Manager is GS1 Belgilux's intuitive solution for creating and sharing coupon data.
This application is the ideal solution for:
✅ synchronisation of coupons created via other approved platforms;
✅ creation and management of unique identifiers (GCN);
✅ exchanging information to automate data sharing with retailers connected to My Coupon Manager, as well as centralising data from scans of coupons used with these retailers.
Note: Certification of the GS1 platform by the VAT authorities guarantees that coupon issuers will be able to reclaim VAT on the amount of discounts actually granted by retailers and reimbursed by the clearing house.
The role of HighCo
HighCo is the clearing house for the Belgian-Luxembourg market, responsible for the redemption of used coupons. For this reason, all coupon issuers must be registered with HighCo Data in order for the redemption process to be carried out and for the refund to be charged back to the issuer.
In addition to its clearing house services, HighCo offers its own coupon creation platform. This Extranet is connected to the GS1 systems and is synchronised on a daily basis.
What is the difference between ‘My Coupon Manager’ and ‘HighCo Extranet’ ?
